Charles Morris

Mr. Charles Kenneth “Kenny” Morris, Jr., age 61 of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019. He was born March 4, 1958 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Charles Kenneth Morris, Sr. and the late Mrs. Anna Cecilia Locke Morris. Mr. Morris worked as an electrician for many years with Morris Electric. He loved his family, the Lord and loved to ride his Harley Davidson. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Randall Eugene “Randy” Morris. Mr. Morris is survived by sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Joe Milner of Carrollton, Georgia; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Patty Morris of Douglasville; daughters and son-in-law, Heather Morris and Josh Hornsby of Winston, Georgia, Brandi and Shane Dye of Douglasville, Georgia; nephew, Kevin Garmon of Douglasville, Georgia; nieces, Deanna and Jeremy Brewer of Douglasville, Georgia, Jessica and Chris Moss of Dallas, Georgia; wife, Genia Baisden Morris of Douglasville, Georgia; eighteen grandchildren; two great nieces also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville with Jeremy Brewer and Josh Smith officiating.
