Charles Wayne Meeks

Mr. Charles Wayne Meeks, 51, of Panama City, Florida passed away Thursday, March 15, 2007, at his residence. Mr. Meeks was born October 7, 1955 in Carroll County, Georgia. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his parents; Mr. Hubert Meeks and Mrs. Nancy Delores Matthews Meeks of Panama City, Florida; daughters and son; Stephanie Bailey of Delaware, Sonya Miller of Panama City, Florida, and Kevin Meeks of Labanon, Tennessee; brother; Robert S. Meeks of Sumter, South Carolina; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Meeks was a carpenter and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, March 18, 2007 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia. Interment will follow in Bethany Christian Church Cemetery in Dallas, Georgia.
