Mr. Charles Willis Huff, Sr., 69, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, March 6, 2006 at his residence. He was born January 8, 1937 in Lexington, Kentucky the son of the late Mr. John Huff and the late Mrs. Anna Lucas Huff. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married Cheryl Clopton on May 29, 1964 in Murphysboro. He worked as a welder fabricator. He was an avid NASCAR fan and he enjoyed fishing and gardening. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Tish Black and brothers, John Huff and Robert Huff. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Cheryl Clopton Huff of Douglasville; four daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Leonard Easer of New York, Angela Huff of Douglasville, Tish Huff of Douglasville, and Stacie and Craig Croon of Smyrna; five sons and daughter-in-law, Charles Willis Huff, Jr. of Douglasville, Paul and Amy Huff of Glendale, KY, William Huff of Germany, George Huff of Florida, and Wayne Huff of New York; four sisters, Louise Henderson of Kentucky, Elizabeth Fisher of Elizabeth, IN, Alma Harrison of Seattle, WA, and Barbara Huff of Winter Park, FL; three brothers, Albert Huff of San Diego, CA, James Huff of IN, and Thomas Huff of Miami, FL; 10 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, March 9, 2006 at 11:00 AM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Leonard Adamson officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehaven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
