Charlotte Ann Harris

Mrs. Charlotte Ann Harris, age 79, of Lithia Springs passed away Friday, June 21, 2024. She was born February 6, 1945 in Atlanta, GA to the late Mr. J.C. Bolton and the Late Mrs. Mae Hulsey.

Throughout her lifetime, Charlotte cultivated a wide array of hobbies and interests that brought joy to those around her. She was a dedicated member of a bowling league for many years. She found pleasure in shopping and traveling, always eager to explore new places and discover new treasures. Charlotte also had a love for reading and making flower arrangements. Charlotte's greatest gifts was her cooking skills. Known for her delicious cakes and wonderful dishes. Charlotte's passion for the Christmas season was unmatched. She adored gathering with family and friends, spreading cheer and creating lasting memories during this special time of year. Charlotte had a deep love for her family and grandchildren; she considered her family to be one of her greatest accomplishments.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Bolton.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Fred Harris; sons, Kenneth (Michele) Norris of Braselton, and Steven (Shawna) Norris of Corbin, KY step-children, Lynn Harris of Smyrna, Todd Harris of Smyrna and Tony (Jerrie) Harris of McDonough; sister, Margaret (William) Peters of Douglasville; brother, Jackie (Susan) Bolton of Acworth; sister in law, Janice Bolton of Douglasville; grandchildren, Trent, Tanner, Hannah, Hunter, Shane and Cade; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Toys For Tots.

The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Grover Robinson officiating. A reception will take place following the funeral for family and friends.
