Charlotte Marie Nichols, a source of joy and resilience, passed away on December 5, 2023, leaving a legacy of laughter and boundless love.

Born on April 13, 1955, in Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte was the daughter of the late John Robert Norman and Ester Lee Berryhill. Despite life's challenges, she approached every circumstance with an unwavering determination to find the good in people and situations.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte is preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Brownlow and James Norman.  Charlotte faced life's ups and downs with a contagious smile, touching the lives of everyone she met.

Charlotte is survived by her loving sons, James (Kelly) Greenwalt, Jr., and Michael Greenwalt, her cherished grandchildren, Tyler and Austin Greenwalt, her brother Robert Norman, and her cousin, Rose "Rosie" (David) Stallings

In the face of illness, Charlotte displayed unparalleled courage and grace. Her unwavering faith in God provided her with the strength to navigate the challenges that came her way, inspiring those around her with her steadfast spirit.

Charlotte's warm personality and compassionate nature touched the lives of many. She had an exceptional sense of humor and was described as someone who "never met a stranger." Charlotte cherished spending time with family and friends. Her selflessness and big heart were evident in her daily life as she always put others first.

Charlotte found fulfillment in her career at Delmar Gardens. She was dedicated to taking care of others and brought joy into the lives of those she looked after. Beyond her professional role, Charlotte's nurturing nature extended to her cherished chihuahua dogs. During her leisure hours, she engaged in diverse crafts that nurtured her creativity, finding joy in contributing beauty to the world through her artistic pursuits.

The bonds that Charlotte created with those around her were strengthened by her genuine care for others. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that her memory will forever be cherished.
