Charlotte Brooks Parmer, wife, mother, Memaw and friend to all, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Charlotte was born February 16, 1930 in Villa Rica, GA. The only beloved child to Freeman and Clestelle Brooks.

They moved back to Georgia along with their three children, Faithe, Laura and George in 1967. Charlotte, known to those who love her most as Memaw, built a lasting legacy beyond her wildest dreams. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren are her greatest joy, second only to her love of Jesus Christ. She spent her life devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Many, many hours were spent at sporting events, birthday parties, weddings, and births. When asked the secret to a long life, she always gave glory to her Lord and Savior.
She was a devoted member of Bethany Christian Church, The Mourning Glories and The Circle of Friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Ed Parmer and her sons-in-law Dondi Wilcox and Eddie Fowler.
