Mr. Charles Franklin “Chase” Seabrook, 19, of Whitesburg, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born May 3, 1996 in Austell, Georgia, the son of Mr. Charles Bailey Seabrook and Mrs. Joy Bodiford Seabrook. He was a very giving fun loving young man who loved to smile and joke. He was a 2014 graduate of Central High School in Carrollton. Chase enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, riding Four-Wheelers and being outdoors. He was an Auburn Football Fan. He worked at Silvey Enterprises as a machine operator. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Carrollton. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sandra Gayle Hogue Seabrook. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Joy Seabrook of Whitesburg; sister, Haley Nicole Taggart of Villa Rica; his maternal grandparents, Frank and Carline Bodiford of Tifton; maternal great-grandmother, Frankie Wiggins of Ashburn; paternal grandfather, Bryant Bailey Seabrook of Douglasville; niece, Hannah Taggart and nephew, Kaelan Taggart; thirteen aunts and uncles; numerous cousins and other extended family members. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Pastor Rodney Carson officiating. Interment will follow at Poplar Springs Cemetery in Hiram. Serving as pallbearers will be David Seabrook, Chris Seabrook, Greg Cook, Josh Cook, Michael Brock, Jacob Lewis, Patrick Connor, and Josh Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Seabrook, Grant Seabrook, Luke Sims, Connor Wiggington, and Sam Worley. Honorary escort will be members of the Central High School Class of 2014.
