Mrs. Christine Elizabeth Eggers Hunt, 70, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018. She was born May 14, 1948 in Sycamore, Illinois the daughter of the late Dr. John Fredrick Eggers and the late Mrs. Francis Marie Eggers. She received her Master’s in Nursing and she loved the nursing career. She retired as a Professor of Nursing from the College of Lake County. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed the beach, playing solitaire, Westerns, traveling, and golfing. She was of the Methodist Faith and loved her church family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edward Hunt; and sister, Phyllis Eggers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Jonathan Welsh of Camden, SC; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Penny Hunt of Tampa, FL, John and Jennifer Moretti of Palatine, IL; and Christopher and Alison Hunt of Sycamore, IL; sister, Cindy Eggers of Illinois; twelve grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
