Mr. Christopher “Chris” Dean Barnett, 59, of Winston, Georgia passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton. He was born October 15, 1956 in Butler, Pennsylvania the son of Mrs. Barbara Ann Barnett and the late Mr. Norman Barnett. He married Karen Sue Cahall in Callery, Pennsylvania. He was a retired vice president in the roofing industry. He was a member of the R.C.I. where he served as a Registered Roof Observer. He was a Christian by faith and served in Missionary work. He was an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Karen Sue Cahall Barnett of Winston; five daughters and their spouses, Christina and Stephen Gilbert of Douglasville, GA, Heather and Kevin O’Malley of Chicago, IL, Laura and Antonio Alexander of Centralhatchee, GA, Krista and Kevin Molinaro of Blacklick, OH, and Rebecca Barnett of Centralhatchee, GA; his mother, Barbara Ann Barnett of Pennsylvania; fourteen grandchildren, Jordann, Zeke, Chloe, Dredyn, Cammie, Doc, Antonio, Max, Alasia, Anna, Georgie, Bella, Charlie, and Mia; sisters and a brother-in-law, Annette and Tom Straessley of Pennsylvania and Darlene Smith of Pennsylvania; brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Penny Barnett of Oklahoma and Garry and Toni Barnett of New Jersey; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Charlie Green officiating.
