Claude Claunch

Mr. Claude Hardin Claunch, Jr., 73, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014. He was born March 29, 1941 the son of the late Mr. Claude H. Claunch, Sr. and the late Mrs. Gladys Reese Claunch. He married Margaret Landry on August 23, 1975. He worked as a truck driver for Eastern Foods, Inc. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Landry Claunch of Villa Rica; one son and daughter-in-law, Claude H. III and Jill Claunch of Douglasville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dianna and Ron Mason and Yvonne and Brian Ponder all of Hiram; five grandchildren, Kevin, Alicia, Ty, Raegan, and Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Zoey. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville.
