Claudy LaRoche

Mrs. Claudy Poitevien LaRoche, age 80, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 11, 2012 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell. A native of Haiti, she was born August 10, 1931 in Haiti the daughter of the late Frank Poitevien and the late Altagrace Louis Poitevien. She was of the Catholic Faith and retired from Chase Manhattan Bank where she worked as a data analyst. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald LaRoche. She is survived by her son, Richard LaRoche of Douglasville; brother, Andre Poitevien of Haiti; several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, May 18, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. According to her wishes her body was cremated.
