Conrad Gardner

Mr. Conrad Vincent Gardner, 66, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017. He was born July 25, 1951 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Mr. O’Neil Vernon Gardner and the late Mrs. Edythe Williams Gardner. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War. He was a recipient of the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. He retired as a Computer Programmer from AT & T and later worked for Turner Broadcasting Company. He loved his family dearly. He is survived by twelve children and their spouses, La Tina Gardner, Conrad and Tracey Gardner, Nicole and Justin Jones, Domonique and Tanecia Barber, Mohammed and Tiffany Ahmediah, James and Rhonda Martinez, Abraham Martinez, Adam and Isabel Martinez, Christina Martinez, Samantha Gardner, Amanda Gardner, and L’Vicente and Megan Gardner; his Grandchildren, Ta Tyana Mays, Nikko Gardner, Briana Gardner, Xavier Gardner, Sabian Gardner, Khyri Jones, Maseo Jones, Raphael Jones, Kaiya Jones, Dominique Barber, August Barber, Nixon Barber, Hudson Ahmediah, Ocean Martinez, Adaly Martinez, Adamaris Martinez, Amir Martin, Mariana Gardner, Jalen Martinez, Bryden Martinez, Rayne Johnson, Raidon Johnson, Dominic Barber, August Barber, and Nixon Barber; Great-Grandchildren: Nori and Nolei; and a sister, Colette McDonald; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and extended family also survive. The family will receive friends at Atlanta West Pentecostal Church, 2960 Skyview Dr, Lithia Springs, GA 30122 on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Atlanta West Pentecostal Church with Rev. Darrell Johns officiating.
