CSM Rufus Eugene Prater U. S. Army Retired, age 77, of Temple, Georgia, formally of Douglasville passed away Friday, October 29, 2010 at his residence. Graveside Services will be conducted Monday, November 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Powell Chapel Cemetery with full Military Honors.
