Curtis Armstrong

Mr. Curtis Mack Armstrong, age 69, of Temple, passed away Monday, September 09, 2013. He was born April 19, 1944 in Carroll County, Georgia the son of the late Mr. Walter Hugh Armstrong and the late Mrs. Sudie Carroll Armstrong. He was a retired Block Mason. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Paine Armstrong of Temple; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Barry Johnson of Marietta; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Sheila Armstrong of Flowery Branch; sisters and brother-in-law, Joyce Litle of Indiana, Charlotte Nixon of Temple, Ann and Randy Muller of Bremen; brothers and sisters-in-law, Cecil and Mary Armstrong of Temple, Hurchell and Betty Armstrong of Whitesburg; five grandchildren, Colton Johnson of Marietta, Kevin Johnson of Marietta, Bradley Johnson of Marietta, Bailey Armstrong of Flowery Branch and Andrew Armstrong of Flowery Branch. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Pastor Jonathan Hannah and Pastor Hurchell Armstrong officiating. Musical selections will be by Alan Waldrop, Ed Ford and Nancy Turner. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Mark Armstrong, Steve Armstrong, Donald Armstrong, Gerold Armstrong, Joey Muller, and Tim Muller.
