Danny Alton Echols

Danny Alton Echols, 80, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023. He was born on November 15, 1942. He is the son of the late Eddie Roy Echols and the late Lena Jordan Echols.

Danny loved his family and enjoyed woodworking. He had six fur babies (Susie, Chica, Cooper, JoJo, Millie and Cookie), that he especially loved.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, David Allen Echols.

He is survived by his loving wife Leila Marie Muncher Echols; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and John Polo of Franklin, Indiana; two grandchildren, Jack William Polo and John Jay Polo both of Franklin, Indiana; brothers, Eddie Ralph Echols and Benny Joel Echols both of Lithia Springs, Georgia. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated. The family will have a memorial service at a later date at Westside Baptist Church.
