Danny Herring

Mr. Danny Carol Herring, age 61, of Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014. He was born April 12, 1953 in Clinton, N.C. the son of Mr. James Marshall Herring and the late Mrs. Euphrozene McLamb Herring. He worked for Inventory Control Merchandising for many years. He was a member of Midway Macedonia Baptist Church in Villa Rica. He was preceded in death by his mother and daughter, Christy Herring.He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Vaughn Herring of Carrollton; sons, Quinton D. Herring of Summerville, S.C., Matthew G. Herring of Lithia Springs; step-son, Michael J. Garcia of Villa Rica; step-daughter, Michelle Shearer of Carrollton; sister, Jeanette Kennedy of Angier, N.C.; brothers, James M. Herring, Jr. of Angier, N.C., Keith Herring of Newton Grove, N.C. ; step-brothers, Ronald Hinchcliffe of Angier, N.C., Danny Hinchcliffe of Angier, N.C., Keith Hinchcliffe of Angier, N.C.; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Herring, Danielle Herring, Phoebe Herring, MiKayla Johnson, McKenzie Johnson and Josie Crymes. According to Mr. Herring’s wishes he was cremated. Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
