Darlynne Turner

Mrs. Darlynne “Lynn” Williams Turner, 66, of Canton, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was born June 26, 1948 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Gay Hugh Williams and the late Mrs. Alma Elizabeth Hopkins Williams. She worked as an Executive Assistant. She enjoyed traveling and especially enjoyed the holidays. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sunna Smith. She is survived by her husband, Steve Edward Turner of Canton; daughter, Jo Eller of Canton; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Laura and Brian Goolsby of Smyrna; stepson and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Leslie Turner of Athens; grandson, Drew Bucum; step grandsons, Owen Goolsby and Weston Turner; brothers and sisters, Graylen Williams, Gayne Williams, Keven Williams, Recca Kovach, Jenna Sanges, and Tonya Goodson Kendall; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
