David "Dave" Edsel Miller

Mr. David "Dave" Edsel Miller, age 73 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, April 26, 2021. He was born September 7, 1947 in Montgomery, Maryland, the son of the late Mr. William Arthur Miller, Jr. and the late Mrs. Gertrude Winters Miller. Mr. Miller served our country in the United States Marines for 22 years. He enjoyed gardening and raising chickens. Mr. Miller was a member of Community Bible Church of Stockbridge. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Joe Miller and John Miller. Mr. Miller is survived by his children, Chris & Susan Miller of Honolulu, Hawaii, Gale Greyson of Seattle, Washington; sisters, Judi Pitts of Conyers, Georgia and Marie Charlton Culpepper, Virginia; brother, Bill Miller of Colorado Springs, Colorado; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. According to Mr. Miller's wishes, he was cremated. The family will be providing a service at a later date. His remains will be inurned at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
