Deborah Ann Sherman

Deborah Ann Sherman, 70, of Douglasville, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. She was born on October 18, 1952. She is the daughter of the late Kenneth Richard Hess and the late Hardy Elizabeth Patterson Hess.

Deborah loved life and enjoyed being outdoors watching hummingbirds and butterflies. She also liked to do arts and crafts. She was a member of Clearview Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Sherman, Jr and her mother-in-law, Eleanor Sherman of Millford, Michigan.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and Emory Roton of Douglasville, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Ed Armand of Alabama; brother and sister-in-law Gary and Lori Hess of Swartz Creek, Michigan; three grandchildren, Lindsay, Lauren, and  Emory; one great grandchild Addeline.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated.

The family will have a graveside service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM
