Debra Ann Foster

Ms. Debra Ann Foster, age 63 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Monday, July 12, 2021. She was born April 13, 1958 in Maryland, the daughter of Mr. Thomas Jefferson Foster, III and Mrs. Flora Anderson Foster. Ms. Foster received her Bachelor's degree at the University of Maine Farmington, followed by her Master's degree in Vermont and worked as a Mental Health Counselor. As a young adult, she ran a game room in St. Augustine, Florida. Ms. Foster was also a caregiver in Rumford, Maine. She loved flying kites, traveling, and Shar Pei dogs. Ms. Foster's favorite movie was Pulp Fiction and loved anything Stephen King. She was a fighter even up to the end. Ms. Foster is survived by her parents, Mr. Thomas Jefferson Foster, III and Mrs. Flora Anderson Foster of Carrollton, Georgia; her siblings, Ellen and Dave Lemburg of North Sandwich, New Hampshire, John Foster of St. Augustine, Florida, Janis James of Cavendish, Vermont, Cheryl Foster Bowers and her husband, Frank Bowers of Little River, South Carolina, William Foster of St. Augustine, Florida, Jay Foster of Carrollton, Georgia and Samantha Foster and Justin Osier of Cavendish, Vermont; nieces and nephews, Michael and Alyssa Crews of Rumford, Maine, Cassandra and Randy Smalls of Loris, South Carolina, Christina Bowers-Lewis and Billy Lewis of Longs, South Carolina, Kaili Osier of Cavendish, Vermont, Thomas Foster, IV of Cavendish, Vermont, Katie Foster of St. Augustine, Florida and Luna Osier of Cavendish, Vermont; and many great nieces and great nephews also survive. In accordance with Ms. Foster's wishes, she will be cremated and no services are planned as Debra said, "Celebrate me as me". Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
