Debra Phillips

Ms. Debra “DeDe” Tilley Phillips, age 63 of Douglasville, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019. She was born May 15, 1955 the daughter of the late Mr. Jimmy Maxwell Tilley and the late Mrs. Peggy Loree Prock. She was a homemaker and loved to cook. She provided great entertainment, always keeping everybody on their toes.In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Phillips; brother, Jim Tilley; sister, Billie Jo Alderson. She is survived by four daughters; brothers and sister-in-law, John Tilley, Russell and Kim Tilley; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville with Chaplin Luke Pollock officiating.
