Mrs. Debra Sue Glagola Stecher, age 56, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015. She was born January 10, 1959 in Ohio the daughter of the late Mr. William Glagola and Mrs. Emma Elizabeth Stuck Glagola. She was a Christian by faith. She worked as an Assistant Manager at the Great American Cookie Company. She enjoyed gardening with her husband and enjoyed the mountains with hikes to waterfalls. She was a strong supporter of the Republican party. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Mark Gilbert Stecher of Douglasville; three daughters and a son-in-law, Jamie and Stan Millard of Chester, SC, Candice Ratner of Bremen, and Christina Stecher of Douglasville; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David and Brooke Ratner of Plainsville, IN and Adam Ratner of Douglasville; sister and brother-in-law, Kelly and Rod Winters of Savannah; brother, Billy Glagola of Douglasville; seven grandchildren, Lee, Kelci, Jacqueline, Isabella, Payton, Bradley, and Tyler; several nieces and nephews; and her furry four legged babies, Marley and Miacoh. According to the familyâs wishes, her body was cremated. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home & Crematory in Douglasville, Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Pastor Jim Grieme officiating.
