Delmar Floyd Couch

Mr. Delmar Floyd Couch, age 70, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. He was born February 6, 1940 in Forsyth County, Georgia the son of the late Mr. Floyd Couch and the late Mrs. Mary Tripp Couch. He retired from Arkansas Best Freight as a driver and worked in the parts department at Thornton Chevrolet. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Sue Couch Gordon and brother, George William Couch. He is survived by his daughter, Cindy Arko of Villa Rica; sons and daughter-in-law, Robin and Erika Couch of Marietta and Charles Couch of Dallas; sisters, Angie Scroggins, Ethel Tripp and Linda Douglas; brothers, Rubert Couch and Ralph Couch; ex-wife, Joanne Gunter Couch; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be conducted Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 2:00 PM from Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Hiram. Messages of condolence to the family may be sent from www.jones-wynn.com.
