Dennis Hill

Mr. Dennis Hill, age 68, of Douglasville, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at his residence. He was born May 20, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA, the son of the late Mr. Elston Hill and the late Mrs. Pearline Hill Starkel. He retired as a truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Hill; step-father, Harold Starkel.He is survived by his daughter, Julie Hill-Atkins and her fiancé, Tony Futral of Douglasville; son, Tony Hill of Jupiter, Fl; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Ed Curwick of Bishop, CA; brother, Russell Hill of Thousand Oaks, CA; five grandchildren, Alexis Futral, Brandon Atkins, Jake Atkins, Brad Hill and Zach Hill. Several nieces and nephews also survive.According to Mr. Hill’s wishes he was cremated. In lieu of a ceremony, The family will have a “Celebration of life” on Sat.
