Miss Dollie Faye Bivins, 78, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Carrollton Manor Nursing Home in Carrollton, Georgia. She was born May 15, 1928 in Carroll County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. James Jackson Bivins and the late Mrs. Rilla Mae Sloane Bivins. Miss Bivins was a member of Powell Chapel United Methodist Church in Villa Rica, Georgia. She worked in the textile industry for Arrow Shirt Factory. In addition to her parents, Miss Bivins was preceded in death by her brothers, Herman Bivins, James Bivins and Raymond Bivins and her sisters, Louella Boyd, Elsie George, Emma Lou Bivins and Margaret Sue Hamrick. Survivors include her sisters and brother-in-law, Mrs. Doris and Rev. Neal Williams of Villa Rica and Inez Radcliff of Villa Rica; her brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Sharon Bivins of Villa Rica; and many nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 9, 2007 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia with Rev. Neal Williams and Rev. Jimmy Drew officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be her nephews, Larry Radcliff, Barry Radcliff, David Bivins, Ken Bivins, Wesley Crone, Ronnie Forrester and Randy Bivins. Interment will follow in Powell Chapel Cemetery in Villa Rica, Georgia.
