Donald Luke

Mr. Donald Harbin Luke, age 74, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017. He was born October 1, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Curtis Alvin Luke and the late Mrs. Alma Harbin Luke. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired as a Real Estate Appraiser for Option One Mortgage Corporation. He was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Douglasville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Alvin K. Luke. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Marie Donahoe Luke of Douglasville; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Adam Slowik of Dallas; one grandchild, Sam Luke Slowik; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be conducted Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Douglasville with Father Joseph Shaute officiating.
