Mrs. Doris Foster Duncan, 83, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013, while on a trip to Philadelphia, Mississippi. She was born March 4, 1930 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina the daughter of the late Mr. Hiram Marshall Foster and the late Mrs. Maude Cornelison Foster. She was a homemaker and devoted to her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Wesley Duncan on July 10, 2004; sister, Kathleen Foster Harwood and brothers, OâNeal Foster, Hiram Marshall âSonnyâ Foster, Robert Lee Foster, and Charles âCharlieâ Foster. She is survived by two sons, Terry Duncan of Woodstock and Herby Duncan of Douglasville; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bobby Rogers of Hiram; granddaughter, Haylee Rogers of Hiram; grandson and his wife, Chris and Cristen Duncan of Douglasville; two great-grandchildren, Kira and Alexi; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Peggy and Grady Anderson of Douglasville; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Frank Powers officiating.
