Doris Williams Estes Mrs. Doris Williams Estes, age 69, of Powder Springs passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton. She was born May 11, 1942 in Cobb County the daughter of the late Mr. Arthur Williams and the late Mrs. Bessie O’Kelley Williams. She worked for Delmar Cabinets as an inspector. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Douglasville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Horace Estes; brothers, James Williams, Rader Williams; sister, Lois Nunn. She was survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Kenneth Cantrell of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Terri Capes of Villa Rica; sisters, Martha Frances Williams of Douglasville, Annie Nunis of Douglasville; two grandchildren, Christopher Capes, Amanda Petty; two great-grandchildren, Trey Capes and Madison Capes. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Service will be conducted Friday, September 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor Fred Blalock officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Friday, September 2, 2011 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour.
