Doris June Wright

Mrs. Doris June Moore Wright, age 83, of Winston, Georgia passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023.  She was born on October 5, 1939, in LaFollette, Tennessee to the late Clyde A. Moore and the late Virgie G. Moore, of LaFollette, Tennessee.  Mrs. Wright was of the Baptist faith.  Doris was married to the late Willard Wright for 46 years.

Mrs. Wright is also preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Roy Moore and Sue Moore, of LaFollette, Tennessee.

She is survived by her three children, David W. (April) Wright of Winston, Georgia, Willard Daniel (Lisa) Wright of Springfield, Tennessee, and Pamela (Brian) Buntyn of Winston, Georgia.  She is also survived by her granddaughters, Amber N. Wright and Sgt. Mackenzie Wright Frederick (Marine Corps) of Springfield, Tennessee, her grandson Jackson Wright of Winston, Georgia, and her great-granddaughter, Graciee Lynn Wright.  She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Alice Newport of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, and nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Mrs. Wright’s wishes, she was cremated.  No service is planned at this time.
