Dortha Brown Wynn

Mrs. Dortha Brown Wynn, age 90, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the Carrollton Nursing and Rehab Center in Carrollton, Georgia. Mrs. Wynn was born December 9, 1917 in Temple, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Thomas Brown and the late Mrs. Lenona Agnes Kinney Brown . She worked in retail sales for a fabric outlet. Mrs. Wynn was of the Methodist faith. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wynn was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Paul Wynn. Survivors include her daughter, Joanne Gray of Newnan; her granddaughter and her husband, Kim and Chris Bradley of Carrollton; her great grandchildren, Payton Lovvorn, Garrett Lovvorn and Reid Lovvorn also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Temple United Methodist Church in Temple, Georgia with Pastor Keith Runels and Rev. Gerald Sailors officiating. Mrs. Wynn will lie in state at the church from 10:30 AM until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Temple, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM .
