He is survived by his parents, Lesley and Danny Thompson of Winston; his son, Gavin Trollinger; sisters and brothers-in-law, Amanda and John Stubbs of Winston, Krystal Moore of Destin, FL, and Dayna and Eric Maxwell of Winston; his grandmother, Grace Thompson of Douglasville; aunt, Merlyn Thompson; cousin, Stacy Thompson; nephew, Liam Moore; and nieces, Cheyenne Morris, Skylar Stubbs, and Hadasa Stubbs.
