Earl Head

Mr. Earl William Head, age 51, of Temple, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015. He was born April 12, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of the late Mr. Henry Ford Head and the late Mrs. Mable Ruth McClane Cunningham. He retired as a Deputy Sheriff Corporal from the Carroll County Sheriff Office. He was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping and loved guns and shooting. He had a knack for fixing up and refurbishing things. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer “April” Cole Head. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Nicole Hamm of Buchanan; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David and Brandy Head of Temple and Will Head of Temple; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, February 2, 2015 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, February 2, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor Don Rackley officiating.
