Earl Leon Morgan

Mr. Earl Leon Morgan, age 95, of Austell, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020. He was born February 3, 1925 in Forsythe, Georgia, the son of the late Leonard P. Morgan and the late Georgia Lee Crawford. He worked as a supervisor in the automotive division for the City of Atlanta. Mr. Morgan loved working in his garden and especially enjoyed growing his tomatoes. He enjoyed talking with family and friends and always loved a good story. Mr. Morgan played on the Atlanta Crackers Baseball team and was a veteran of the United States Army having achieved the rank of Master Sergeant. He was of the Christian faith. Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Allene and their son Wayne Morgan. Mr. Morgan is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Sherry (Randall) Turner of Newnan and Diane Morgan of Zephyrhills, Florida. Grandchildren, Cari (Donnie) Musgrave, Melissa (Rodney) Bishop, Stephanie (William) Anderson, Michael Evans and Justin Evans, Great Grandchildren, Joshua (Morgan) Musgrave, Dallas Davis, Lauren Boyd, Jarrett Musgrave and Jake Musgrave.
