Edward Reece

Mr. Edward Lee Reece, Sr., age 64, of Villa Rica, passed away, Saturday, February 10, 2018. He was born November 12, 1953 in Austell, the son of the late Mr. Leroy Reece and the late Mrs. Dorothy Shepherd Reece Clay. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Charles Clay; his step-father, C.B. Clay, Sr.He is survived by his companion of eighteen years, Minnie Lou Roberson of Villa Rica; sons and daughters-in-law, Edward Lee Reece, Jr. of Temple, Christopher and Rhiana Reece of Temple; sisters and brother-in-law, Sheila and Billy Wilbanks of Villa Rica, Tammy Lanham of Carrollton; brothers, C.B. and Pam Clay of Carrollton, Richard Clay of Temple, Walter Lee Clay of Villa Rica, and Danny Clay of Villa Rica; six grandchildren, Alexandria Elaine Reece, Brandon Lee Reece, Brittani LeAnn Reece, Tiffani Cheyenne Reece, Stephanie Briann Reece, and Jacob Hunter Reece; three great grandchildren, Macie Brooke Reece, Richard Micquez “R.J.” Kellogg, Jr., and Anna Franklin; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens.
