Mrs. Elephia Frank On April 14, 2007 Elephia âPatâ Frank passed away quietly in her sleep after a short illness. Born in Michigan on November 24, 1915, she lived in Villa Rica for the past four years. She was a long time poet and landscape painter who continued her active lifestyle throughout the years. To exemplify this, on March 10, 2007 she was chosen First Runner Up in the yearly Carrollton Manor Beauty Pageant. She was preceded in death by her husband of over fifty years, Michael H. Frank; her brother, Fred Black; sisters, Violet Thomas and Fern Gardner; and her daughter and son in-law, Jeanne Marie and Donald Kinna. She is survived by her brother, Donald Black; and sister, Lois Schira; her son and daughter in-law, Jerry M. and Julie Frank and daughter and son in-law, C. Susan and Richard Arthur; grandsons and grand-daughter in-laws, Michael T. and Carla Kinna, Gary C. and Lori Kinna, Michael L. Frank, and Steven C. Frank; and one grand-daughter, Dondra L. Kinna, as well as great-grandchildren, M. Taylor Kinna, Hannah Jo Kinna, Garrett Kinna, Courtney Kinna, Major Ethan Frank, Aidan M. Frank, Mary Charles Frank, and Evie McColl Frank. A private family Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
