Ellen Morris

Mrs. Ellen Savannah Parrish Morris, age 85, of Villa Rica, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013. She was born May 5, 1926 in Haralson County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. James Gordon Parrish and the late Mrs. Rose Pope Parrish. She was homemaker and attended First Pentecostal Church. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stoney and Linda Morris of Temple; sister, Julie Mae Youker of Iowa; two grandchildren, Stoney Matthew Morris of Temple, Shannon and Carmen Thomason of Temple; two great grandchildren, Stella Thomason of Temple and Conner Thompson of Temple. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Brown officiating.
