Mr. Elliot Craig Martin, age 67, of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. He was born February 25, 1954 in White Plains, New York to the late Anthony and Ethel Martin. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his siblings, Audrey Brabham and William Brabham.
Elliot was a United States Marine Corps veteran and active with the Montford Point Marine Association, the American Legion Post #70 in Villa Rica, an active Mason with the Sons of Beaufort Masonic Lodge #36, and a car enthusiast being active in the Rolling Stampede Mustang Club.
He is survived by his wife, Angelia Jones Martin of Villa Rica; his children, Robert (Latoya) Gaskins of Augusta, Georgia, Taneisha (Ernest) Jones of Hiram, Georgia, Brandi (Adam) Turner of Cincinnati, Ohio, Elliot Martin II of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Ansley Long of Villa Rica, Georgia and Zac Hill of Newnan, Georgia; he leaves behind many grandkids, Robert Gaskins, Eric Jones, Nadia Martin, Diaymond Martin, Ciara Jones, Brandon Bell, Elijah Martin, Brielle Turner, Brice Turner, Lyric Lewis, and Quincy Martin; his siblings, Barron Martin of San Antonio, Texas, Gail Moore of Newport News, Virginia, and Jill Brabham of White Plains, New York; his beloved boys/doggies, Tucker and Kobe; and a slew of nephews, nieces, cousins, and beloved friends.
The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Villa Rica, Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 11:00AM until 1:00PM. Memorial Service will be conducted from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Villa Rica at 1:00PM with Reverend BreNita Jackson officiating and live-steamed on the Jones-Wynn Funeral Home & Crematory Facebook page. Full military honors will be provided by the United States Marine Corps Honor Guard. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the Montford Point Marines and the Sons of Beaufort Masonic Lodge #36.
