Emma Jane Taylor Hall

Mrs. Emma Jane Taylor Hall, 89, of Mann Road, Douglasville, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 8, 2006 at Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center in Dallas, Georgia. She was born in Douglasville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late James Oscar Taylor and the late Hessie Bell Busbin Taylor. Mrs. Hall was a member of the Villa Rica Church of Christ where she had served as a Bible Class teacher. She enjoyed crocheting, flowers and reading. Mrs. Hall worked as a seamstress and a photographer. She had been employed by an interior decorator and a convenience store. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Johnny Hall; her sons, Jerry Clayton Hall, Larry Wilford Hall and Richard “Ricky” Allen Mann; her brothers, Bruce Taylor and Curtis Taylor; her sisters, Mildred Landrum and Ocie Lee Woodall. Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Jane and Robert Davison of Temple, Carolyn Kell of Douglasville and Jolaine Ficklin of Texas; sister, Evora Peavey of Austell; sister-in-law, Irene Lindsey of Villa Rica; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 11:00 AM from Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville with Minister Patrick Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville, Georgia. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Tuesday, January 10, 2006, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
