Floreca Green

Mrs. Clifford Floreca “Reca” Carlton Green, age 89, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013 following an extended illness. She was born November 1, 1923 in Perry, Florida the daughter of the late Mr. Benjamin Wright Carlton and the late Mrs. Clifford George Carlton. She retired as a bookkeeper from the Okaloosa School System and she was of the Methodist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William McCoy Green, Sr.; sister, Eunice Mathis and brother, George Carlton. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Genie Green Culberson and her husband, Billy Culberson of Douglasville, GA; and Denise Clifford Green-Huneke and her husband, Fred Huneke of Cloudland, GA; one son and daughter-in-law, William M. Green, Jr. and his wife, Kay Green of Perry, FL; one brother, Ralph Carlton of Crestview, FL. The family plans a memorial service at Carlton Family Cemetery at a later date.
