Florence Ralston

Mrs. Florence Kling Ralston, age 88, of Waco, Georgia passed away Friday, November 14, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Ralston was born October 28, 1920 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, the daughter of the late Mr. Ralph Cardwell and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Lloyd Cardwell. She was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Ralston enjoyed fishing, traveling and shopping. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, Mrs. Ralston was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Horace Hubert Ralston, Sr. and her son, Horace Ralston, Jr. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Mavis and Charles Perry of Buchanan; her sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Sandra Ralston of Waco and Tommy and Nina Ralston of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Tammy Walker, Jarrett Ralston, Jason Causey, Donna Miller, Jeremy Ralston, Justin Ralston, Krista Johnson and Holly Robinson; 16 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, November 17, 2008 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Ministers Ricky Shadrix, Jeremy Ralston and Buddy Privett officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Gethsemane at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens on Hickory Level Road in Villa Rica, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Sunday, November 16, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
