Mrs. Forrest Lavern Ward Sudduth, age 66, of Temple, Georgia passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Pine Knoll Nursing and Rehab. She was born March 18, 1944 the daughter of the late Mr. Earl Thelbert Ward and Mrs. Namoia Fields Ward. She was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Eugene Ward. She is survived by her loving husband, Marvin J. Sudduth of Temple; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and William Maehr of Columbus; sisters, Barbara Burton of Roswell, Patricia Maurer of Roswell, Frances Sudduth of Villa Rica, Doris Ussery of McRae, Eunice Johnson of Carrollton, Pauline Wallace of Bowdon Junction; brother, Roy Ward of Temple. Many grand, great, and great-great grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, August 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica with Rev. Kevin Kersey officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica.
