Frances Elizabeth Choate

Frances Elizabeth Choate, 94, of Douglasville, formerly of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Thursday July 24, 2008 at Douglasville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Choate was born September 21, 1913 in Lincoln County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Hubert Prosser and Mayola Burrow Prosser. Mrs. Choate was a homemaker and a Textile Inspector with Oxford Manufacturing. She was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Choate. Survivors include daughter and son in-law, Judy Gail and Kenneth Fletcher of Douglasville, three grandchildren, Frances & Matthew McMillian of Douglasville, Cynthia Fletcher of Illinois, Michael Fletcher of Kentucky, two great grandchildren, Mickie Fletcher and Mac McMillian. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens on Hickory Level Road in Villa Rica. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Saturday, July 26, 2008 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
