Freddie Lee McElroy

Mr. Freddie Lee McElroy, 61, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born March 3, 1945, in Buchanan, Georgia. He was the son of the late Mr. Roger L. McElroy and the late Mrs. Lizzie Mae Tolbert McElroy. Mr. McElroy worked as a delivery driver from Holloway Flooring and Ceiling of Carrollton, Georgia. In addition to his parents, Mr. McElroy was preceded in death by his brother, Malcolm “PeeWee” McElroy and his sister, Frances McElroy. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Juanita Reynolds McElroy of Villa Rica; his daughters and son-in-law, June McElroy of Villa Rica and Geneva and Sammy Hull of Bowdon; his son, John McElroy of Villa Rica; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Clara and Lewis Collins of Carrollton, Doris and Larry Vincent of Bremen and Betty and Billy Vinson of Carrollton; his brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Eunice McElroy of Douglasville and Jack and Gallion McElroy of Carrollton; 2 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Kenneth Story and Sister Alice Story officiating.
