Mr. Furman âLeonâ Taylor, 68, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, January 12, 2007 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. He was born March 16, 1938 in Douglasville, Georgia the son of the late Mr. Grady Lee Taylor and the late Mrs. Minnie Beatrice Ellis Taylor. He served in the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist Faith. He was an electrician. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Terry Taylor of Villa Rica, Kip and Kelly Taylor of Villa Rica, and Stacey and Stephanie Taylor of Douglasville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Reba Taylor and Clara and Bobby Pilgrim all of Douglasville; his loving caregiver, Margaret Keheley of Marietta; 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, January 14, 2007 at 4:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Godwin and Elder Thomas Merritt officiating. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Saturday, January 13, 2007 from 3:30 PM until 8:00 PM.
