Gary Palmer

Mr. Gary Paul Palmer, age 70, of Villa Rica, passed away, Sunday, April 7, 2013. He was born May 2, 1941 in Atlanta, Georgia the son of the late Mr. Zollie Paul Palmer and the late Mrs. Lois Madeline Cosby Palmer. He worked as an auto mechanic for McTyre Automotive for many years. He is survived by his wife, Jean Marie Palmer of Villa Rica; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tracy Paul and Denise Palmer of Bremen, Troy Matthew and Mandy Palmer of Douglasville; sister, Gail Cline of Villa Rica; brother, Douglas Palmer of Marietta; three grandchildren, Tracy Palmer, Jr., Tiffany Herrin and Mason Palmer; five great-grandchildren, Kaleb Herrin, Brayden Herrin, Kaeleigh Taylor, Tripp Palmer and Holden Palmer. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00AM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. John Sullivan officiating.
