Geneva Kilgore Malone

Mrs. Geneva Kilgore Malone, age 87, of Temple passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010. She was born November 18, 1923 the daughter of the late Mr. George Benson Kilgore and the late Mrs. Cora Ardmish Lamanick Kilgore. She was a homemaker and a member of Concord Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Franklin Malone; daughters, Sandra K. Malone, Dorothy Smith; sons, Robert Malone, Johnny Malone; sisters, Betty Jo Kilgore, Mildred Cleveland; brothers, Clifford Kilgore, J. C. Kilgore, Harvey Lee Kilgore, Newell Kilgore; and two grandchildren, Steve George and Niki Malone. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Shannon Gallman of Temple, Joyce and Frank Phillips of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Eula Malone, Jr. of College Park; sisters, Jean Arrington of Carrollton; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Ann Kilgore of Bremen; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica with Rev. Don Rackley, Rev. Carlin Phillips, and Mr. James Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens of Villa Rica.
