Geraldine Estelle Davison Webb

Mrs. Geraldine Estelle Davison Webb, 73, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Sunday, December 24, 2006 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta. She was born June 18, 1933 in Douglas County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Wesley Davison and the late Mrs. Bernice Willoughby Davison. She married Thomas Roy Webb on July 28, 1951 in Douglasville, Georgia. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs and was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Davison-Defnall. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Thomas Roy Webb of Lithia Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Diane and John Helms of Lithia Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Randall and Patricia Webb of Winston and Steven Douglas Webb of Orlando, FL; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Jane Davison of Temple; 4 grandchildren, Thomas Kevin Webb, Valerie Lynn Webb, Jeremy and Delisa Helms, and Jeff Helms; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 2:00 PM from the First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs with Dr. Marion Beaver and Rev. Mike Sinyard officiating. Mrs. Webb will lie in state at the church from 1:30 PM until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Wednesday, December 27, 2006 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
