Gerry Sharp Herndon

Gerry Sharp Herndon, 86, of Villa Rica, formally of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. She was born on January 3, 1937, the daughter of the late Molly Bell King.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Elizabeth Thompson.

She is survived by her niece, Jennifer Jones of Villa Rica; nephew Joseph (JoAnn) Thompson of Long Beach; Janet Frazier; one great-niece and four great-nephews, Josh Thompson and Jenna Baldwin.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Meridian, Mississippi.
