Glenda Dianne Queen

Glenda Dianne Queen, 77, of Douglasville, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025. Glenda was born in Riverdale, Georgia on November 17, 1947 to the late Sara Blondella Marlowe Pugh and Eugene Washington Pugh.

Ms. Glenda loved spending her spare time relaxing by putting together puzzles or getting lost in the pages of a new book. Glenda had a heart of pure gold, as she spent several recent years being a caregiver to her dear friends and family. Her kind and caring nature will never be forgotten by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In additon to her parents, Glenda is preceded in death by her son, Ricky Gene Pugh; and brother, Danny Lee Pugh.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Sharon (Billy) Hensley of Marietta; niece, Nicole Burchfield; and nephews, Mark Pugh, Shawn Pugh and Josh Pugh.

In accordance with her wishes, Ms. Glenda was cremated.
