Gloria Marie Beaty Albertson

Mrs. Gloria Marie Beaty Albertson, age 75 of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021. She was born February 18, 1946 in Vidalia, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Jess Willard Beaty and the late Mrs. Mildred Uldine Kirkland Beaty. Mrs. Albertson worked for 14 years as a Stocker at Target in Austell, Georgia. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed woodworking, sewing, reading, and going to the beach. She loved her precious cats, Gracie and Boomer. Mrs. Albertson attended St. Benedict's Episcopal Church in Smyrna, Georgia. Mrs. Albertson is survived by her husband of 52 years, Mr. William Ervin Albertson of Lithia Springs, Georgia; daughter, Kimberley Dawn Albertson Meyer of Lithia Springs, Georgia; sister, Suzanne Beaty of Tifton, Georgia; two grandchildren, Ethan Patrick Meyer and Sarah Elizabeth Meyer. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. According to Mrs. Albertson's wishes, she was cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held September 18, 2021 at 1:00PM at St. Benedict's Episcopal Church in Smyrna, Georgia with Mother Jenna Strizak residing.
